I always treat my dogs right before bed that way it has a chance to soak in real good before they start their day the next morning.

Flea Collar  –  I am sure there are many flea collars out on the market that will do the trick; however, it is something I do not use as with my experience the other dogs will just chew off the collars of the other dogs and who knows what complications that can cause with all the chemicals that are in them.

Flea Powder  – Some flea powders can be a great defense for fleas, I just do not like the idea if your dog licks themselves or the other treated dogs for that matter they are ingesting the flea powder and I do not feel that would be very good for them and may make them sick. We are just trying to get rid of the fleas from dogs not end up with extra vet bills.
